Unlimited blocks and protected plots for builders, with WorldEdit tools, build contests and showcases instead of survival grinding.
Creative servers give you every block in the game and a space to build without gathering resources. Most use a plot system - PlotSquared is the standard - where each player claims one or more plots on a flat world and builds freely inside them, protected from everyone else.
Common features:
If you take building seriously, look for servers that give WorldEdit to trusted members, back up plots regularly and have staff who curate showcases. Some creative servers focus on learning, with tutorials and feedback; others host professional build teams that recruit from their community. Creative differs from Citybuild, where you build inside a survival economy.
Featured servers are shown first: paid placements and five servers picked every day.

play.capecraft.netCapeCraft is a server dedicated to keeping Minecraft's core aspect alive.
Most creative servers use a plot plugin: stand on an empty plot and run /plot claim, or use /plot auto to be assigned one. Additional plots are often unlocked with playtime or ranks.
Many creative servers allow WorldEdit or FastAsyncWorldEdit, usually limited to your own plot and sometimes only for trusted or ranked builders, to prevent lag and abuse.
